I am dedicated to providing support and education for women throughout the perinatal period. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, preparing for labor and delivery, or adjusting to the postpartum stage, I’m here to empower you with knowledge, compassion, and personalized care. My mission is to ensure every mother feels supported, informed, and confident during this time in her life.

I primarily serve women enrolled in Missouri Medicaid, making quality doula care accessible to all who need it. My evidence-based approach combines emotional support, practical guidance, and teaching self advocacy to help you achieve your birth and postpartum goals.
